Send imprint orders by fax (1-800-714-8857) or email pginfo@hgcaspari.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by telephone. Orders are processed and customized immediately; therefore, cancellations can incur an administration charge and cannot be guaranteed.
Use a separate order form for each order, or for each change in imprint, greeting or card design. Use of Caspari order forms will greatly expedite your order. Carefully type or print all names exactly as they are to appear, with correct spacing, punctuation and capitals. Please write clearly and call attention to any unusual spellings or markings, as orders
will be printed as written.
Orders will be accepted in minimum of 25 for invitations and reply cards and in increments of 25 thereafter.
Invitation pricing is based on 14 lines of type. Each line over 14 will have a $6.00 charge. A maximum of 35 characters per line is recommended, including punctuation and spaces. Please indicate any special layout requests, including spacing and typeface sizing on the order form, otherwise typesize, layout, ink color and liner will be as shown in sample. We will adjust the size of the typestyle to accommodate your copy where necessary.
Invitation envelopes are lined in a choice of gold or red to enhance your holiday invitations. If no lining color is speci ed on your order form, you will receive unlined envelopes. Envelope imprint will match ink color and typestyle of invitation or reply card.
Price includes up to three lines of type. One additional line is available for $6.00. Ink color will match your invitation ink color unless requested otherwise. (There will be a $25.00 charge for a different ink color on the two pieces). Typestyle will match invitation unless requested otherwise.
Price includes up to five lines of print. Additional lines are available at $6.00 per line. Ink color and typestyle will match your invitation unless otherwise requested. Return address will be printed on the front center of reply card envelopes. Reply card envelopes are unlined.

Please provide corporate logos or other special artwork (one color only) as a high resolution (300 dpi or higher) blackandwhitePDForVectorart(AdobeIllustrator). Althoughpdfandvectorartworkispreferred,wecanworkwith other high res le formats. Grayscale image is not recommended. Artwork should be emailed to: pginfo@hgcaspari.com. Important: In the “subject” line of the e-mail, state “original artwork/logo le”. Please allow extra time for processing special artwork.

For order quantity over 500, a proof is provided at no charge. For quantities under 500, there is a $15.00 charge. Proof will be faxed or e-mailed and must be returned to Caspari with signature of approval. There is a $5.00 charge for each reproof. If an order is cancelled after the proof is done, a $25.00 cancellation fee may apply.
UPS Regular Ground: $7.50 for an order quantity up to 100. Each additional 100, or part thereof, add $2.50. UPS Second Day Air: $18.00 for an order quantity up to 100. Each additional 100, or part thereof, add $2.50.* UPS Next Day and 3 Day Select: Will be billed at actual UPS rate.
* Please Note: after Thanksgiving, all orders will be sent via 2nd day at charge shown above, unless otherwise requested. Caspari will ship directly to your customer at a charge of $6.00 per order plus regular shipping charges.
Until October 31st: Your order will ship in 5-7 days after receipt (allow extra time for proofs).
During November please allow an extra 3- 4 days. Rush orders can be processed by special request for
an additional charge: $35.00 for 3 days in house, $45.00 for 2 days in house, and $50.00 for 24 hours in house. Please mark your order form “RUSH FEE OK”, and at which level.
