Send orders by fax (1-800-714-8857), by email (pginfo@hgcaspari.com), or by mail. We cannot accept orders by telephone. Orders are processed and customized immediately, therefore, cancellations cannot be guaranteed and an administration fee will be imposed.
INK ANd FOIL IMPrINT:
Price includes three lines of text or one monogram, plus a motif if requested; there will be an additional charge
of $6.00 for each extra line. Please indicate imprint position on the order form, otherwise the imprint position will be as shown in the sample. Please be aware that some ink color variation may occur when applied to certain color backgrounds. Carefully type or print clearly all text exactly as you would like it to appear with correct spelling, spacing, punctuation, and capitals. Call attention to any unsual names, spellings or markings.
Orders will be printed exactly as written. Please underline all letters to be capitalized.
FOIL INITIALS FOr CASPArI SINGLE INITIALS ON PAGE 104:
Caspari foil initials have a xed layout and size as shown. For custom-sized initials, please specify the desired height on your order form. If you would like to use your own artwork for an imprint, please follow “special artwork” guidelines below and note that there is an artwork charge ($25).
quANTITY:
Minimum order quantity 100 per print. Additional increments of 100 only.
PrOOF:
Black and white proofs are $15.00 for a single item. Each additional proof will be charged at $5.00 per item. ere will be a $10.00 charge for customer changes to the order. Proofs will be faxed or emailed upon request, and must be returned to Caspari with signature of approval. If an order is canceled a er proof is sent there will be a $25.00 cancellation charge.
SPECIAL ArTWOrK:
$25.00 charge.
Please provide any special artwork (one color only) as a high resolution (300 dpi or higher) black and white PDF or Vector art (Adobe Illustrator). Although PDF and vector artwork is preferred, we can work with other high res le formats, such as JPEG. Grayscale image is not recommended.

SHIPPING:
Regular Ground: $7.50 for an order quantity up to 100* Second Day Air: $18.00 for an order quantity up to 100* Next Day and 3 Day Select: Will be billed at actual rate. *For Each additional 100 or part thereof, add $2.50
drOP SHIPPING:
Caspari will ship directly to your customer at a charge of $6.00 per order plus regular shipping charges
SHIPPING TIME:
We will ship your holiday order within seven working days from receipt of order and two days from proof approval. For proofs and special set-up, allow extra time. Rush orders (24-48 hours in house) can be processed by special request and additional charge, please call 1-800-227-7274 and enter '7' at the prompt.
